An English-speaking (with some Spanish) interdenominational church for all Christians in proximity to Old San Juan, Condado, Punta las Marías & Isla Verde.
Union Church is a community of faith. Its members are united in the worship of God known in Jesus, the Christ, through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Union Church commits itself to welcoming all persons, celebrating the diversity found in a congregation broadly inclusive of persons from different backgrounds and characteristics, including, but not limited to: race, economic class, religion, culture, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, family status, and physical and mental abilities. Union Church pledges itself to education, reflection, and action for peace and justice and the realization of the vision of the heavenly banquet where all are loved and blessed.

Recently in worship, we heard these words of Jesus:
"Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid." (Matthew 14:27)
"Ármense de valor. Soy yo. No tengan miedo." (Mateo 14:27)
He was speaking to the disciples, but he was also talking to us. Because we all have fears. Psychologists have said that we are living in a world of anxiety, which causes us often to act out of fear, and not out of love.
