On June 21, UCSJ hosted an Autism & Asperger's Event with Kendra Jones and her son Eli Jones, missionaries from Illinois. Kendra spoke to UC’s parents about the beautiful world of being a parent of a child on the spectrum. She shared tips and tricks on how to help the parent and child on a daily basis. Through sandwiches, discussion and music, we got to understand much better the world of a person on the spectrum.
