UCSJ's Women's Friendship Circle invites you to Qi-Gong for Health & Tai Chi Chuan, an adult beginners' class lead by Grand Master Diego Rivera (8th Tuan), president of the Wushu PR Federation, with over 40 years of experience in martial arts.

Free for members of UCSJ, $5 for frequent visitors, $10 for general public


Classes are held monthly, typically the 2nd or 3rd Sunday of the month, after the worship service in Memorial Hall of Union Church of San Juan. Please consult this calendar for future class dates. Registration is at 11:30am, after the worship service on the day of the class.


Qigong, a traditional Chinese practice, has several health benefits, including:
